National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS): Our next NQPS is now live and will run until Wednesday 30 April. Look out for an email from ‘picker_surveys@picker.org’ in your inbox to complete your survey. It’s an opportunity to share how you’re feeling, allowing us to track our performance against the People Promise. It only takes a few minutes to complete and complements other employee listening tools such as the NHS Staff Survey.
If you have any queries about the survey or questions about staff engagement more generally, please contact Simon Rose, staff engagement lead at simon.rose9@nhs.net

April Derbyshire Dialogue: Come along to the next Derbyshire Dialogue, taking place on Microsoft Teams on 16 April 2025, 1pm – 2pm. Book your place here. This session will focus on community pharmacy services and we will hear from Paula Whitehurst, community pharmacy integration programme Manager. Community pharmacy is evolving. In September 2026 all newly qualified pharmacists will be independent prescribers on the day of their registration. This presents an opportunity for NHS England to commission clinical services from community pharmacies that incorporate prescribing of medicines.
The session will talk about some of the work going on across Derbyshire with community pharmacy, and there will then be an opportunity to have a further discussion around it. If you wish to subscribe to Derbyshire Dialogue emails, please email ddicb.engagement@nhs.net 'Subscribe to Derbyshire Dialogue' in the subject line.
